BUAT TATAPAN YG DIHORMATI (juga dikasihi)
Salam sejahtera,
NURINDAH TO SOMEONE SPECIAL:
Sis,
Maybe he just forgot to smile back at you, and that make you not feel safe.
Maybe he just lost his words, and want you to hug him to make him feel better.
And, I remember one time, I have compared my husband with your 'always smile' Husband who is so gentle and pampered you, but then... I realized that:
"Sprt dunia yg pelbagai warna, suami juga tidak sama, berbeza2 sikapnya. Berbeza cara si Dia menunjukkan kasihnya...... "
This post is not my opinion, but to remind myself too. Hope this articles give you motivation. May Allah give you a Big Heart. :))
A letter from : Zabrina Abu Bakar
The Book: Life is an open secret
Perhaps what Richard L. Evans said must be remembered:
"Children will not remember you for the material things you provided but for the feeling that you cheerish them."
A little boy asked his teacher's help to put on his boots and she could see why. With her pulling and him pushing, the boots still didn't want to go on. When the second boot was on, she had worked up a sweat. She almost whimpered when the little boy said" Teacher, they're on the wrong feet." She looked and sure enough, they were.
It wasn't any easier pulling the boots off that it was putting them on. She managed to kep her cool as together they worked to get the boots back on, this time on the right feet. He then announced, "These aren't my boots."
She bit her tongue rather than get the right in his face and scream , "Why didn't you say so?" like she wanted to.
Once again she struggled to help him pull the ill-fitting boots off. He then said, "They're my brother's boots. My mom made me wear them."
She didn't know she should laugh or cry. She mustered up the grace and courage she had left to wrestle the boots on his feet again. She said, "Now, where are your mittens?"
He said, "I stuffed them in the toes of my boots."
NURINDAH: Poor teacher. :)
Listen, and it pays
Let me share with you a story of a teacher and her young student called Millie:
TEACHER: Millie, give me a sentence starting with "I".
MILLIE: I is....
TEACHER: No Millie..... Always say, "I am".
MILLIE: All right.... I am the ninth letter of the alphabet. "
hahaha,....
2 line poem from Al Khatib Al Baghdadi, a Muslim scholar : Never interrrupt a talk Though you know it inside out.
Mel Gibson would have 'the Brave Heart' to lend his advice as he once said:
" If You want to discover a Man's weak points, let him do all the talking while you do all the listening."
NURINDAH: Kan cikgu tu dah buat Millie tersalah ayat? hahaha
A Story of concerned Husband
It was about a Husband who felt his wife was having abit of a hearing problems.Trying to spare her feelings, he secretly decided to meet their doctor for advice.
" You have to stand about 40 feets away from her and have a normat chit chat with her using your normal voice and tone. If she could not hear, come closer a little bit until she could hear you".
Then the results, it was his ears that needed checking.
NURINDAH: Saya agakla, mereka dalam cerita ni berbual tanpa melihat wajah masing2. Kalau suaminya pandang muka, mesti dia perasan bibir isterinya bergerak. Tapi kadang2 brgantung pada feeling-feeling jugak. Saya teringat kisah 'Telepati' di antara kak Pah (ibundo) dgn suaminya , yg mana ibundo mmbelikan air mineral dgn hanya berasa suaminya mahu dia belikan. Suaminya yg sibuk mengisi minyak brtanya
"Dapat tak pesanan abang?" Ibundo jawab "Dapat" sambil tunjukkan air mineral :)) So... sweet kan?
Smile
One day, I received one of the magazines I am subscribed to. Quickly, I tore off the wraper the wrapper to read what was on the cover page.
......
On the cover was an photograph of an unnamed woman in a a war-torn country, standing in the middle of rocky rubble, bricks and wreckage, which I could only assume were once homes to many happy families, and possibly a happy home for her family too.
The first thing that caught my eyes about this woman was her sweet smile, Masha Allah..
I remembered what Lee Mildon said:
"People seldom notice old clothes if You wear a big smile".
Totally! What she wore didn't matter to my eyes as what I saw in her smile was something precious........
NURINDAH: Dlm dunia sprt skrg yg kita masing2 sibuk mngurus kerja rumah, anak-anak atau kerja, mungkin kita lupa senyum pada pasangan kita. Kalau senyum pun, sikit jer, just untuk menyedapkan hati. Kita brharap pasangan memahami kesibukan kita....
(And whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. and He pardons much) Surah as syura 42:30
"bcause of my hand? ". Ya Allah, this verse must be one of the most bitter pills for me to swallow honestly.
(Yet he who does evil or otherwise sins against himself, and thereafter prays god to forgive him, shall find god much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace) Surah an nisa' 4:110
What a soothing assurance from our Creator. Allah is most Forgiving, you agree? My heart is dancing with joy again.
(And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to the patient) Al Baqarah 2:155
(Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.) Al baqarah 2:286
Alhamdulillah, phew! What a relief! Didn't you feel relief too, my friends?
