Tak sempat nak ronda semua. Sedang masak utk makan malam. Saya tinggalkan ini, ya. :))
Chilli pickles atau jeruk cili padi
Sumber: kak Roz, homekreation-recipes.blogspot.com
Terima kasih dan Mohon halalkan resipi kak.
Nota kak Roz: The recipe is as follows, which I have modified a bit from the original version:
INGREDIENTS:
300-400g Bird-eye or Green Chillies
1 cup Water
1 cup Vinegar
3 tbsp Sugar
2-3 cloves Garlic - each sliced into 2
METHOD:
1. Boil water, vinegar & sugar.
Add in chillies & garlic for just shortwhile & off fire.
Pour into a jar immediately & capped.
2. Pickles will be ready the next day for consumption.
NOTE:
The chilli pickles above can also be used in cooking in place of fresh chillies. For example I blended the chillies with shallots, etc and cook as required. It tastes great!
Nota nurindah: Special for my hubby yang makan cili. katanya masih pedas. Sesuailah dimakan dgn pelbagai jenis mee. :) Saya, sure.. tak berani makan sbb tak tahan. hehe..

husband kak fiza kalau makan char koew teow mesti ada cili jeruk ni...mmg laju jer kalau ader cili jeruk ni...makan mee ke bihun ke mmg sodap...he he he
ReplyDeletesalam kak fiza,
ReplyDeletehehe... itulah, saya ada cili banyak cili padi. Hubby pun suka cili padi dr cili besar. maka, saya jerukkan saja.
Memang sesuai dimakan dgn kue teow atau mi sbb rasa masam2 pedas gitu. hehe..
