Wat tan hor versi terbaru saya....(sambil lompat2 kegirangan)
Salam sejahtera, selamat pagi,
Arini awal pagi lagi saya dah bangun. Dinner last night buat wat tan hor lagi. Hooorei!!! saya melompat2 suka di depan My Hubby. My Hubby gelak jer. Wat tan hor saya dah hampir menjadi! hahaha. Takde cantik cam Sis Gert punya, tapi bolehla kan? ;)
Seb baik buat try n error dulu seblom Hubby balik. Jadi, saya agak2 mane silapnya. Tadi buat sukatan ciput, sbb tu kurang kuah, n takde green vege. Malam ni, saya korek2 esbok jumpa daun kangkung. jadikla.
Memang sedap3X..., My Hubby makan sampai licin kuahnya. Saya guna resipi Sis Gert, My Kitchen Snippets. Cuma teknik masak telur, saya besarkan api time masukkan telur tu. kacau kejap. tutup api...Thanks a lot Sis Gert. Meeemang best!
WAT TAN HOR - sumber Sis Gert, Mykitchensnippet
Ingredients :
1 small packet of fresh flat noodles (kueh tiow/hor fun) - (nurindah:saya guna separuh paket kue teow biasa kat supermarket tu)
1 piece of chicken breast - slice thinly and marinate with some cornstarch and soy sauce (nurindah: tepung jagung 1sdk, 1sdb kicap manis)
10 medium size shrimp
1 bunch of greens - any kind (I used mustard green/sawi)
2 cloves of garlic - (nurindah: saya cincang)
3 cups of chicken stock or water (nurindah: saya guna 3 cwn air + 2-3sdb stok pekat ayam megi)
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of soy sauce (saya guna kicap manis, Sis Gert guna kicap masin)
1 egg - lightly beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
corn starch solution - for thickening the gravy (nurindah: saya bubuh 2sdk )
Method:
1) Put about a tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and stir fry the flat noodles with soy sauce until its warm and slightly brown. Remove and set aside.
2) Put some oil to the frying pan and add in the garlic and stir-fry until lightly brown. Add in the marinate chicken. Stir fry of a minute and add in the water or chicken stock. Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce. Bring it to boil.
3) Add in greens and shrimps. Continue to cook for 2 minutes and check seasoning. Add in cornstarch solution to the thickness you want. Bring it to boil.
4) Turn off the heat and stir in beaten egg. Gently stir to cook the egg. (nurindah: kat sini, cara saya besarkan api, masukkan telur, kacau kejap n tutup api)
5) Dish the gravy over the fried noodle and serve warm with pickle green chillies.
Isi ayam diperap.

Kue teow ni, dr freezer,dah dilembutkan.Itu yg nampak hancus. Kue teow ni goreng ngan kicap.
Dalam bekas penyukat tu, stok ayam. Sebelahnya, kicap manis dan sos tiram utk kuah (kalau stok ayam dilebihkan, takyahla tambah garam)
Dah siap kuahnya....heheh. Posing lam kuali dulu...
